Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing for hardware, software, subscriptions, hosting and third-party services may change and will be confirmed before purchase or implementation.

Payments

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work may be paused or delayed where accounts remain overdue.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, account access and other materials reasonably required to deliver agreed services.

Remote Support

Remote support is provided with the client’s permission. Clients should close private or sensitive information before a remote support session begins. Reasonable care will be taken when providing support services.

Managed Services

Managed services may include monitoring, maintenance, security tools, alerts, remote support, updates and network management. While these services help reduce risk, they cannot guarantee prevention of all outages, malware, scams, security incidents or technical issues.

Websites and Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, text, images, logos, documents or materials supplied for use on websites or digital services are lawful, accurate and appropriately licensed.

Backups and Data

Where backup services are provided or configured, they are intended to reduce the risk of data loss. No backup solution can guarantee recovery from every possible event.

Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party providers, including hosting companies, cloud services, software vendors, payment processors, domain registrars and support platforms. KSAT Design and IT Solutions is not responsible for failures, outages, pricing changes or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSAT Design and IT Solutions is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, service interruptions or issues outside its reasonable control.
